How many/what animals do you bring for a 'Minis Package'?
We aim to bring around 7 animals with us for all 30 minute talks/parties. These will generally consist of the following:
We understand that some people prefer certain animals, so you can request the showing of a specific animal we have that is not on the list from our ‘Our Animals’ page.
However, due to the nature of our business we cannot guarantee that the animal will be able to attend your event. Our main priority is our animals health and welfare, their safety is our utmost importance to us. Because our animals come first, if we do not feel that a certain animal is fit for travelling/handling on that day then we regrettably will not be able to bring them with us. This protects the safety and welfare of both the animal and guests attending our shows.
If either an animal from the list above or one you have requested cannot attend then we will do our best to replace it with a similar animal. We hope you understand.
How many handlers will attened of event?
A maximum of 2 handlers will be attending your event.
Can I have my party outside?
Can I have my party at home?
Yes of course! As long as you don't mind 15 kids and 14 exotic animals in your home then feel free. We do however strongly advise booking halls for you event.
How much space do you need?
We can accommodate most spaces, our table is 6ft, all animals will fit on or under the table.
Do you explain how to hold and stroke your animals?
At the beginning we will go through a couple of important rules, these include how we handle our animals. We will also remind you how to handle each animal before bringing them around.
Can the children eat or drink while the animals are out?
We would advise not to consume any food or drink during the animals to reduce the chances of becoming sick.
How long in advance should I make a booking with you?
We would advise you to book at least 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment. We sometimes get cancellations so if you have a last minute booking please contact us to see if we have availability for you.
What age groups are your sessions appropriate for?
We cater for children 1 plus! Yes even the adults! Each party package on our 'Parties Page' will explain which age group it is appropriate for.
Can my pets be at home during the party?
Of course! As long as they are in a separate room during our session.
What time will you arrive?
We will always aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking time for all parties in order to set up. We aim to arrive 1-2 hours prior to your Gold Package booking time in order to decorate your venue in time.
Do I need to cater for your parking requirements?
Yes, we need to be able to park within a close proximity to your venue.
Are your animals friendly/do they bite?
Most of our animals are very use to being handled and are very docile. Those that aren't are not handled or touched, only shown for educational purposes such as the scorpion.
Will the children be able to hold and stroke everything?
The children will be able to handle and touch most of our animals, however we do save some animals for only the birthday child to hold.
